There are 2 ways of doing this, depending on your use-case
Option 1: Select the name from predefined answers This option is ideal if you want to analyse survey results per person later on.- Create a survey with the anonymity threshold of 1 response.
- Add a first question asking who the participant is.
- Use a single-select question.
- Add the participants’ names as answer options (for example: Peter, Jenny, Maria).
- The selected name can be used as a filter in the dashboard (this may need to be set up by your Customer Success Manager if it isn’t immediately visible).
- You can, for example, filter the results to see how Peter answered all questions by selecting “Peter” from this filter.
- Create a survey with the anonymity threshold of 1 response.
- Add a question asking participants to enter their name.
- Use an open text question.
- You can see who took part in the survey.
- The name is saved as text input and can’t be used as a structured filter like predefined answers.
- This is a practical solution for large or changing participant groups.
