Upload your company logo
- Go to Settings → Corporate identity.
- Under Company logo, click Browse to choose… and pick your file.
- The preview above the field updates immediately. Reset choice discards the file you just picked.
- Click Save.
Which file to use
- Format — JPG or PNG only. The file dialog offers nothing else, and the server inspects the file itself when you save, so an SVG, GIF or WebP will not get through by being renamed.
- Dimensions — every logo is scaled down proportionally to fit inside 340 × 85 pixels. Smaller files are never scaled up, so supply at least 340 × 85 pixels. Anything larger is fine and is reduced for you.
- Shape — a landscape logo at roughly 4:1 works best. A square logo ends up at 85 × 85 pixels after the fit, and only 25 pixels tall in the side navigation, where it becomes hard to read.
- Background — a PNG with a transparent background is the safest choice. Transparency survives the scaling, and the side navigation has a tinted background that a white rectangle would stand out against.
Honestly keeps only the scaled-down version, at most 340 × 85 pixels. Store your original file somewhere else if you need it at full resolution.
Where the logo appears
Until you upload one, the Honestly logo is used in all of these places — including the emails your employees receive.
Remove the logo
Click Remove logo next to the preview, then Save. Your account falls back to the Honestly logo. If you removed it by mistake and have not saved yet, reload the page and nothing changes.Survey branding and chart colour
Both colours sit at the top of the same tab and are picked as a colour or entered as a hex value.- Survey branding — the colour the surveys you send appear in while your employees fill them in.
- Chart color — the colour of the bar charts on your dashboards.
The colour of the participation button inside the invitation email is a separate setting. You will find it under Settings → Email as Branding — see Customise the invitation email.
