If the home screen view is activated in your account, it will always be displayed first after you have logged in to your account. On this page, you now have the opportunity to take part in the various active surveys, which you can also participate in via Mail or Engage App. Surveys might not be displayed here for the following reasons:
  • The employee is not assigned to the survey
  • The survey is deactivated
  • The survey is archived
  • The survey has not yet reached its activation date
  • If a recurrence has been defined for the survey and it is not within the defined start and end dates
  • The employee has already participated
  • Only employees with access to the system can participate in the surveys via the Home Screen.
  • People with the role “Respondee” can therefore not participate in the survey via the Home Screen.
