How should I interpret the exported data?

When you create an export from the Honestly system it will contain the following data:

- Date and time

- Name of survey

- Survey Property Name

- Question + Question ID

- Honestly ID (unique to each individual feedback)

The grades (from 1 to 4 in this example) show the answers given and should be interpreted differently, depending on which questions type was used.

Question types and how to interpret them:

Please check exactly which question types were used in your own survey before analysing the data collected. It will also depend on how many answer possibilities you have chosen, for example how many smilies you decided to use.

Generally speaking, this is how to interpret the data:

For ranked single select questions: 1 is the best and the higher the number, the worse it is.

For smiley questions: 1 is the best and the higher the number, the worse it is.

However for star questions: 5 is the best and 1 is the worst
