Who can start it
Only an Admin in your account can launch a trial.
How it works
- Features available for the trial are marked with a yellow icon and text:
- The Admin activates the trial for the desired feature. The trial then runs for 30 days.
- During the 30-day period, the feature is fully usable — you have access to all its functions.
- After 30 days, the trial ends automatically and the feature reverts to preview mode.
- Each customer is eligible for one trial per feature — repeat trials for the same feature are not permitted.
Why use a trial?
A free 30-day trial gives your team the chance to explore the add-on in a real setting, assess how it fits into your workflows and check its value before committing. It aligns with our values of transparency and customer-focus: you can test first — no pressure.
Tips for a successful trial
- Choose a feature that you’re ready to evaluate: set a goal or metric for what success looks like.
- During the trial, encourage users to test the relevant parts of the feature so you can get meaningful feedback.
- Before the trial ends, decide whether you see value in continuing — this helps with a smooth transition from trial-mode to full purchase.
- Use the feedback form after expiry: your input helps us improve the product and tailor future releases.
