How can I adjust the anonymity of my surveys?

It may be that you would like to create some surveys, where a lower anonymity threshold would be necessary than that currently set in your account. This is now possible, and here's how it's done.

With the new anonymity feature, you can now easily adapt your survey according to its participants or purpose in just a few steps.

Please note:
This feature works only for new surveys and not for existing surveys.
Only admins can set it up.
Managers can use the new thresholds to later create new surveys.

Just 2 steps are necessary to use the feature

Step 1:  Set up the anonymity threshold

Go to Menu -> Settings

Scroll down in Settings to the "Anonymity threshold for Surveys" section.

Now you have the option to set one or more new thresholds via dropdown.
It will look like this if you select different thresholds:

Now you can decide which of the thresholds will be the new default, otherwise the default of 5 will remain.

Be sure to save your changes! Autosave is not activated on the setting page.

Step 2: Add a new Survey with a new threshold

After making changes in the settings, you can now create a new survey as usual - you will be given the option to set the anonymity level when doing so.

Once you set the anonymity of your newly-created survey, it can no longer be changed!

When creating the survey, you now have the option of setting the anonymity level. The options entered by the admin in Settings will appear in a dropdown for you to choose from.

After you have selected an anonymity level, you will be informed again in the Details section of the survey creation which anonymity you selected. You can continue to create the survey as usual.

Congratulations, you have made it!

You can now use different surveys with different levels of anonymity, for example 360° feedback can now be collected with anonymity 1, allowing direct feedback.
Onboarding or exiting interviews collect information about your processes from less than 5 people, and many more cases are possible.
